Prices are intended to be used as a guide only as of March 2008.

1. Gas oil included unless otherwise stated.

2. Prices quoted are a guide only and are considered to be the appropriate price for an average job. Any deviation from these prices must be negotiated before work commences.

3. Members carrying out non-ring work must be able to show that the ring rate is the lowest they charge for the job.

4. It is a condition of membership that work between members is billed through the Ring. On completion of jobs, work schedules should be filled in by the Supplier and on agreement of the Demander, the white copy should be sent to HBS Ring Ltd. Invoicing is done every Friday by HBS Ring Ltd and 21 days later the Demander will be Direct Debited. The supplier will be paid 7 days after the payment is received.

5. All services assume tractor and operator unless otherwise stated.
