WHO IS THIS COURSE FOR?
Any persons employed as local authority highway inspectors, forestry, woodland or arboricultural employees, estate or park rangers, farmers and other landowners or their employees who may have a responsibility for trees in the course of their work. PROFESSIONAL TREE INSPECTION
WHO IS THIS COURSE FOR?
Prospective trainees should be experienced and qualified arboriculturists with an in-depth knowledge of plant and arboricultural science, including a thorough knowledge of wood decaying fungi, identification and interpretation of signs and symptoms of ill health and structural failure across a wide range of tree species and circumstances. They should be thoroughly experienced in carrying out tree inspection and survey.

The B + E test is required to be taken by anyone who has passed their driving test after 1 January 1997 and is driving a combination of vehicle and trailer that totals more than 3500kg, or that pulls a trailer heavier than 750kg.

WHO IS THIS COURSE FOR?
Do you transport animals over 65km, (40miles) but under 8 hours, for commercial purpose? Do you transport animals on journeys longer than 8 hours for commercial purpose? If the answer is yes to either question then you must be certified competent from the end of April 2008 by means of an independent assessment.

Our training courses are proceeding with all relevant COVID Guidelines in place.
Many of the above courses are Integrated Training and Assessment where the candidate will receive a nationally recognized skills card from Lantra Awards. Where necessary, as in the case of some Chainsaw, Pesticides & Sheep Dip courses, assessments are carried out independently with City and Guilds after a period of training.
Each course is priced individually depending on where the course is being held, how many people are on the course, which instructor is available and any related travel costs.
